Our bi-weekly house cleaning schedule is our most popular option. We recommend this for busy households or those with pets. While we clean every two weeks, you can focus on the light tidying and let us handle the rest.

Our monthly house cleaning service is provided on an every 4 weeks schedule and is a great option for less busy households or a budget friendly option. This option will reduce the amount of time you spend cleaning your home every month!

What is included in an ongoing service?

• Baseboards dusted

• Refrigerator wiped out (what is accessible -nothing removed)

• Dusting of light fixtures and fans

• Dusting of all surfaces that collect dust within your home within a reachable distance of our technicians.

• Dusting of blinds, window seals, and ledges.

• Cleaning of windows from the inside as needed

• Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen to include wiping down your appliances. Stainless Steel appliances will be cleaned with a natural cleaner as well.

• Sanitizing bathrooms while cleaning toilets, sinks, and tubs/showers. We will also make sure your mirrors sparkle!

• Loading/unloading dishwasher as needed.

• Spot cleaning cabinets and trim/doors as needed.

• Vacuuming under couch cushions

• Vacuuming of couches/upholstered seating

• vacuuming and mopping of floors

• Making all beds and changing of any sheets requested. (Washing sheets is also available as an add on service.)

• Washing bathroom floor mats as requested

• Hand wiping of light fixtures and fans, and all flat surfaces that collect dust within a reachable distance of our technicians and a step stool.

• Dusting of blinds (Hand wiping of blinds is an add on service that is available)

• Sanitizing bathrooms while cleaning toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers. We will also be taking the time to tackle any buildup of soap scum or dirt we may find along the way.

• Cleaning of all mirrors

• Wiping down of all kitchen appliances, countertops, and sinks while tackling any buildup or dirt we may find along our way.

• Loading/unloading dishwasher if needed

• Wiping down all cabinets

• Wiping down of doors and trim

• Dusting high to low - Hand wiping all flat surfaces within a reasonable reach of our technicians.

• Vacuuming of all carpet edges

• Vacuuming under couch cushions

• Vacuuming of couches and any upholstered seating

• vacuuming and mopping of floors

• Changing of any sheets requested (washing sheets is available as an add on service)

• Washing bathroom floor mats as requested

BONUS ITEMS FOR THOSE ELECTING A RECURRING SERVICE FOLLOWING THEIR DEEP CLEANING:

• Refrigerator cleaning and organizing. (We do not throw away any items, but will return all items in an organized fashion. We suggest going through your refrigerator before our arrival.)

• Cleaning of windows from the inside

• Interior dishwasher cleaning

• Natural carpet and/or rug deodorizing

Our move out cleanings include all deep cleaning aspects plus the wiping out of all cabinets and drawers within the home. A home must be empty (absent of furniture) to qualify for a move out cleaning.
